Fit & Thin
Hey, so you lost 13 pounds in 3 weeks, you've probably heard it a lot, but can you tell me how please? I've tried everything and it is just not working!
Dirt is a huge part!!!!! You have to be strict with yourself, but not too strict. I treat myself every other day, then I’m less likely to binge, but making sure your drinking plenty of water, the more what you drink your body won’t have to store= no water weight. And I’m allergic to dairy, so cutting out dairy really helped me lose weight. Carbs is also a scary thing to eat, well if you eat too much of it, breads, butter, etc. just make sure your eating healthy organic foods. Also working out because it tones your muscles. So lots of cardio work is great because your working out so many muscles. I like to do Zumba or a hard core workout, but make sure you work up to that, you don’t want to be to hard on your body. But main this is diet. Also don’t weigh yourself. As long as you like what you see in the mirror is all that’s important. A number is a number and can mean all kinds things.
